GENERAL INFO

- I've recently been diagnosed with a mental illness and I've been taking medications which affects my productivity. Please understand that I may not send updates everyday. Keep everything in one email since forgetfulness is also one of its symptoms. If you can, please list everything in your commission form into bullet points as that would help me out a lot. Thank you for understanding.- English is not my first language, if you have any questions about my TOS, you can send me an email for clarifications.- I have the right to refuse an order.- I sometimes handle multiple commissions at once, so I request my clients to please make sure to keep your commission form organized. Also make sure to be as detailed as possible!- Client Ghosting Policy: To prevent client ghosting, Clients that promised me to send a commission form but have not responded in 1 week, or have not paid in 1 week, will not be entertained in the future anymore. (Asking for more info is allowed by the way!) It is not my responsibility to remind you about your commission.- When sending me references/ pictures, do not send me links from unknown sites. Google docs/drive and toy house are ok though!- I will not accept commissions with no visual references and incomplete commission forms. This includes references without actual or clear image of the character.- This will not be a first come, first serve basis.- Commissioning me =/= friendship. Let's keep things professional.- Unless the client has given me artistic freedom. I am more likely to follow what's in the commission form the client has submitted.- Please be upfront about what you want. I try to be communicative as much as possible, so please do the same. Pls!! Let me know what you have in mind when I send updates.- Please state everything you want in your commission form. (Including emotions, colors, details, animations, poses, etc.). Any last minute additions, especially if its animated already, will not be considered or will have an additional fee.- Buyer does not have the right to mint/sell the commission for NFT.- My Art can't be used for AI training.

PAYMENT

- Payment will be done thru Paypal Invoice- Payment upfront or after sketch is approved- I will not give discounts for multiple orders, pls do not try to haggle with me.- If your commission will be animated, please make sure to indicate all animations I need to do since the fee will be based on its complexity. Any last minute additions, will have an additional fee.- Be upfront about what you want since the price will be based on the details of the commission.- Commissions are non-refundable. In the case of a major setback during the process, if I feel uncapable of finishing your request, you'll receive a refund!

REVISIONS

- There is no additional fee for the concept sketch.- After the cleaned sketch minor changes are acceptable, major alterations will carry an additional charge depending on their impact on the piece and my schedule.- Any changes needed on a final image because of my own error will be made all at once free of charge. Be sure to compile a clear list of changes needed. Any changes requested after will come at additional cost.- Major revisions like changing pose, colors, backgrounds, and etc. will have an additional cost depending on its complexity, especially when it's already rendered or/and animated.- To avoid major revisions, make sure to state everything you have in mind in the commission form. Be detailed as possible.- I reserve the right to refuse overly extensive revisions and complex alterations due to missing or misrepresented elements due to unclear information.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

- Commissions and tabling at artist alley cons are my only sources of income; allow me to draw personal art and merch in between commissions so I can post consistently in my social medias and use them to sell at conventions as I heavily depend on them. Do not worry because I try my best to give updates at least once a week.- I will not be accepting commissions with deadlines anymore. I am extremely busy with tabling and making new merch. I also do not want to overwork myself as well.- Commissions might take 1 week to 3 months depending on commission type, complexity, and workload of commissions- Please actively reply to my updates in a timely manner. I have a tight workflow to stick to, so if that doesn’t work for you feel free to find another artist.- No progress will be made if the client has not responded to my updates.

USE

- The artist reserves the right to include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.- Commissions are for personal use only, you may not resell them as merchandise.- As long as you're not selling the commission piece as merch, you are allowed to use it for Twitch and Youtube.

COMMUNICATION

- I work from Monday to Friday, and I take breaks during the weekends. There are times where I'll send updates on a Saturday, but pls respect my time.

PROCESS

- Send me your commission form via VGen or thru my Gmail- We will talk about some details about your commission to see if its doable or not.- Payment must be made first.- Then a sketch will be sent once payment is done.- I will be sending you updates on the sketch > line art > base colors > rendering > animation. Again, be upfront when something is bothering you.- Before I start rendering and animating, make sure you are fully satisfied with the line art and base colors, and let me know if you have any question about the updates i send you. Again, any last minute additions will not be considered or will have an additional fee.- Final outputs will be sent thru VGen or Gmail.
